Tips for a Bridal Show
Ladies - it's that time of year! The holidays are around the corner and so are thousands of sweet, endearing, romantic proposals.
Enchanted Florist ~ A Nashville Favorite!
So: Congratulations! If you are planning on attending one of the several upcoming bridal shows, here are fabulous tips to keep it from becoming an overwhelming disastrous waste of your time. :)
Pre-Register Online Register online and save time at the door. Registering will allow you to receive special money saving offers and receive free gifts and opportunities to win Big Prizes.
Mr+Mrs@gmail.com
Create a temporary e-mail to be used while you are planning your wedding. This keeps your regular e-mail clear of clutter and has the added perk of having all of your wedding information in one place (and when the wedding is over - you delete it!). You will receive many offers from vendors at the show. The amount of offers you receive at first may seem overwhelming, but take the time to read them or you may miss out on some very good deals.
Printed Address Labels!
Bring adhesive address labels, if you have them, or print some up on your computer. This will save you a lot of time when you register for prizes at individual booths. Most exhibitors will want to know your wedding date, so be sure to include that as well.
Say Yes to Info! Walk down every aisle and collect any information you are interested in and take it home to look over again at your leisure. Most large bridal shows will provide you with a large shopping bag as long as you register when you enter.
Go Twice! Bring your fiance' with you for at least one trip to the event, then go again with your Mother and girlfriends. Going twice allows you to really take in everything you need to see.
Do Your Research Know which wedding services you need before the show. Also try to find out which wedding vendors will be exhibiting. This will help you know what questions to ask and allow you to visit those vendors you are particularly interested in.
Ask away! Ask lots of questions, that's what the vendors are there for. They want to help you and you are under no pressure to buy from them, so find out everything you need to know.
Bring Your Camera This is a great idea to help you remember something that you really liked. (and to help you match all that paperwork to the right vendor!)
Make a Day of It! Plan on attending the bridal show for several hours. This will allow you to visit all the vendors and find everything you need. Plan to have lunch before or dinner after with your posse. Above all – have fun!
Happy hunting!
