Betsey Johnson Inspired Wedding {Round 1!}
Inspiration boards. Pinterest. Real Wedding Features. Websites. Style Shoots. Blogs.
When planning a wedding, all brides have a tendency to log hundreds (if not thousands! Ha!) of hours looking at photos of other events and weddings. We want to find photographs and images of things we love, things we want and things to get excited about. We want to share all these images with our friends and have them get excited with us too. :)
Science has known for years that we all want what we see. I’ve been planning events in Nashville for 8 years and have plenty of first hand experience with brides and planning their very special day. Images are extremely important in sharing ideas, looks and certain shades of purple or blue or pink (or green or amber or whatever other shades you want in your wedding!).
A friendor (vendor friend!) of mine and I were discussing the difficulty in getting our hands on fashion forward, bold and modern images to share with brides. We talked about how much fun it would be to create such a wedding and how spectacular the images would be!
So… we did! Amy with Belles Fleurs Designs posed the question “What do you think of a Betsey Johnson inspired shoot?” and we immediately got to work. Gathering some of the most talented wedding vendors in Nashville, we met and planned and designed and gathered for three weeks to create this stunning, explosion of color!
I had the most amazing time working with Belles Fleurs Designs and discussing shoot scenes with Gregory Byerline Photography. I called top shelf vendors that I work with closely and together we created … well, see for yourself!
(ps: enjoy! It's a ridiculous amount of photos and there are more tomorrow!)
